Whilst we carry a large amount of stock, some goods which you order may not be available or have to be ordered in for you. If this is the case, we will either credit your account or put the goods on back order to be sent to you freight free when they are back in stock.
Where an item is being specially imported for a customer, 30% deposit may be required to confirm the order.
Goods remain the property of J W Shaw's International until paid for in full and funds cleared.
We use Track & Trace couriers for the majority of deliveries in New Zealand.
All orders will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving your full payment.
Payment made via Internet transfer on the weekend, will show in our account Tuesday morning
During public holidays and weekends parcels are sent the next available working / business day.
Parcels within Auckland are targeted delivery is Overnight (working day).
Larger parcels delivered to North Island (outside of Auckland) and South Island may take 2-3 working days.
Rural parcels may take 3 working days.
Parcels may also take longer on public holidays and weekends or rual delivery
There is no Saturday delivery.
It is Difficult for us to guarantee courier company will definitely meet their deliver schedule and all items will always arrive on time as there are issues can occur that are beyond our control. Your understanding will be much appreciated
Permission to Return
Please choose carefully before ordering - due to the nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns if you've changed your mind, decided against the colour, etc.
We reserve the right of permission to any return. We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt of goods and that they are returned within 14 days of invoice. We will credit to your account.
For unwanted merchandise the costs of both dispatching shipping and return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Because of the nature of the products/items we sell, please choose carefully as we are unable to return items if you change your mind, the color is not ideal etc.
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in a damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be your responsibility.

Chemical products i.e. colour tints, developer, lightening powder, permanent straightner, Keratin treatment etc are suitable for professional use only.
You need to be a hairdresser or colorists to purchase/use them. Any miss-used of products will be on customer's own responsibility.
