Imperity color application instruction

Application Methods

Mixing Hair Color Cream at 1:1 1/2 with Imperity Developer will achieve the best result.

TO OBTAIN A STRONGER COLOUR: Mixing Hair Color Cream at 1:1 with Imperity Developer will achieve the best result.

The number 12 series must be used from a level 6 or lighter for the quality result.

Imperity Bleaching powder is mixed 1:2 with Developer

Coloring Virgin Hair  (depending on base color)

Apply color 3 cm from scalp to ends then apply to roots.

Developing time:

Standard coloring: 45 -50 min.  Heat activated: 15 min + `15-20 min room temperature.   Lift series up to 55 min.    Bleaching powder up to 45min

Grey hair coverage 

 0 – 20% White Hair

Fashion shade + 1 or 2 inches of Natural shade to hold color.

Optional: Use of 10 or 20volume peroxide: 1part of color and 1 or 1 ½ part of peroxide.

20 – 30% White Hair

½ Natural shade + ½ Fashion shade for 100% coverage and color hold.

Optional: Use of 10 or 20volume peroxide: 1part of color and 1 part of peroxide.

30% or More of White Hair

½ Intense Natural shade (3.00-9.00) + ½ Fashion shade for 100% coverage and color hold.

Use of 10 or 20 volume peroxide: 1part of color and 1 part of peroxide.

This will be dependent on the color effect you are creating.

Apply color to hairline first and then apply color along the part line to intensify processing in these areas, if the hair is resistant.

Touch Ups 

Apply color to re-growth, time for 20 minutes,   and then apply through to mid lengths and ends, up to 25 minutes.

Lifting Blondes

Use 20V, 1 part color to 1.5 parts developer if your hair already blonde and you are lifting it only one to two shades.  Those with Dark Blonde and Light Brown hair will need to mix with 30v or 40v peroxide.  Always consider the underlying pigment when coloring lighter and the amount of pigment to create your desire result. 

Toning Blonde

Use 10V, 1 part of color and 2 parts developer. 

Apply on damp towel dried hair , process for 10 min to achieve desire tones. 

Seal you’re your toned color with good quality conditioner.

For vibrant fashion tones use 1 part color to 1 part developer.

Super lighteners 900, 901, 911, 902, 903

This series is used to lighten hair up to 3 – 4 shades without bleaching.

It is a kinder alternative to bleaching hair.

The Super lighteners have the added bonus of also colouring hair at the same time.

Super lighters Suit for natural base from Level 6 and above without too much red or orange pigment.  For natural base colours from level 1 – 5 will need to be bleached and then toned. 

1) Lift 3 – 4 Shades

Mixing Ratio:  1 + 1

For Example:: 60 ml x  Super lightener  +  60 ml x 30 – 40 Volume Peroxide

2) To Lift of 4 – 5 Shades

ADD MORE PEROXIDE: 30 ml Super lightener + 50 ml x 40 Volume Peroxide.

Or

60 ml of Super lightener + 30V Peroxide + 15 ml Bleaching cream (10.00)

Blonding Cream Shade  10.00

It is used to create lighter and brighter colors.

It can lift up to 2 – 3 shades on its own.

It can be safely added to the Super lighteners for even more lift of color.

Also added 10ml to your fashion colors for a more vibrant color.

May be used on or off scalp application, can replace bleaching powder to lighten natural virgin hair up to 4-5 levels when mixing with 1 part of peroxides 30V and 40V.

Toning    

All of the imperity light blond and extra blond colors can be used for toning.

Mix 1:2 with 10V or 1:1.5 with 10V for more vibrant fashion tones.

Visual timing can be from 5 to 20 minutes and test strands should be checked during this time.
